Galatians 1:1-12 (Galatians 1:1-12)

Tim Douglass, August 26, 2018
Part of the Galatians series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

After the greeting, Paul jumps directly into a rather direct exposition of the issues he is going to talk about. This is clearly not a casual and friendly letter, but is one focused on correcting or preventing error. The issue is false teaching, but especially false teaching that negates the good news and power of the Gospel. Paul strikes at those teachers vehemently, and we do well to consider the importance of his accusations.
