Galatians 2:11-21 (Galatians 2:11-21)

Tim Douglass, September 16, 2018
Part of the Galatians series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

Paul’s main argument in the letter actually begins with an anecdote about Peter, from which he leads into the meat of the issue, but that encounter between these two apostles raises a large number of questions and teaching points. How should we handle hypocrisy within the church, and how should we deal with church leaders who are not remaining true to the faith? Paul found himself having to deal with both issues together and it required him to carefully elucidate the important issues that he saw as threatened.
