Restoration to Return (John 21:1-14)

Tim Douglass, April 28, 2019
Part of the Other series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

It is really easy to go past Easter and jump back into whatever was going on before. I’m somewhat prone to doing that with my messages, but I want to first take a look at three of the events following the resurrection. Jesus made a number of appearances to the Disciples and to others during the roughly 40 days before he ascended to Heaven. Each of those appearances was for a particular purpose. There was one for restoration, one for commissioning, and one that prepares for His return. Each of these speaks to us today.
