1 Thessalonians 1:2-2:9 (1 Thessalonians 1:2-2:9)

Tim Douglass, August 25, 2019
Part of the 1 Thessalonians series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

The church at Thessalonica had a bit of a rough start. There was initial success, but opposition arose quickly. Opposition to the Gospel isn’t any surprise. Jesus faced opposition in His teaching and He told His followers that they would as well. It isn’t the opposition that matters, but what we do when it comes. We can learn from the Thessalonians.
