1 Corinthians 1:14-25 (1 Corinthians 1:14-25)

Tim Douglass, May 31, 2020
Part of the 1 Corinthians series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

In a lot of ways 1 Corinthians 1:18 is one of those pivotal verses that sort of changes the perspective on everything. We could take this one verse and go in several different directions from it – just off the top of my head I can think of at least 4 significant spiritual/theological discussions it opens up. We can’t possibly cover all of the ideas, but as we continue to explore Paul’s message to this troubled church we need to follow some of those threads and to see where he takes them in his discussion on it.
