1 Corinthians 6:1-11 - Part 2 (1 Corinthians 6:1-11)Tim Douglass, October 25, 2020
Part of the 1 Corinthians series, preached at a Sunday Morning service
Sin is a fundamental part of the human condition, but it shouldn’t be allowed to rule our lives. The Corinthians have some mixed up ideas about sin and righteousness and how their Christian faith should interact with those in their daily lives. In this section of the letter Paul addresses in part the ongoing problem of how forgiveness can be mistaken as license. He wants to be sure that his readers, then and now, understand God’s call to holiness.
