Presence - Advent 2021 - Week 3 (Matthew 1:18-25)

Tim Douglass, December 12, 2021
Part of the Advent 2021 series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

For the Third Sunday in Advent we are going to be talking about God’s presence among us. The Christmas story is about God becoming flesh – that is taking on human form and living as a human being on earth. This is one of the most important doctrines of Christianity so it is wise for us to study and think on it a bit. It is also really the fundamental point of Christmas and one that Matthew brings up when he talks about Immanuel – God with us.
