2 Corinthians 1:1-7 (2 Corinthians 1:1-7)

Tim Douglass, June 26, 2022
Part of the 2 Corinthians series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

We are starting into a new book today, but as you can probably deduce from the title of it, this is something of a continuation of some of the same things we saw in 1 Corinthians. Despite a few common themes and the fact that 2 Corinthians is written to the same church as 1 Corinthians, it brings a distinctly different message. The tone is different and there are a few new things that Paul brings up for the consideration and edification of the church. Let’s begin our study with some review of the situation at Corinth and the history around this letter.
