Christmas Sunday - Emmanuel (Luke 2:1-20)

This is Christmas day – the day we actually celebrate the birth of Jesus. But that celebration begins long before Jesus was born, and it continues long after. There is one word that encapsulates what Christmas is about perhaps better than any other, and that is “Emmanuel”. As we celebrate the birth of Jesus today let’s think about what Emmanuel means to us.
