Preparing for the Coming of the King of Kings - Palm Sunday (Luke 3:1-6)

Tim Douglass, April 2, 2023
Part of the Other series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

Palm Sunday is one of those odd church holidays where the meaning is maybe a bit hard to decipher from the events. There are a couple of major thoughts about what was going on that day that I want to explore, however. One is the great theme of Jesus the King, coming into His holy city. The other is more subtle, and has to do with the call to be prepared for the coming of the Lord.
