In some ways Paul’s inclusion of the Holy Spirit in this list of his attributes for ministry seems odd, but a closer examination gives us a pretty solid rationale for it. We will look into what I believe to be what Paul intends to tell us by including the Holy Spirit here, but first I want to take some time to talk about the Holy Spirit in general.
