John 1:24-34 (John 1:24-34)

Tim Douglass, July 7, 2024
Part of the Gospel of John series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

This is posted late. Our recording quit partway through and I recorded the conclusion later on. It's not the best recording, but it works.

As we continue to look at how John presents John the Baptist we come to the second part of the Baptizer’s testimony, what he has to say about baptizing Jesus. Last week I mentioned that there were three pieces to John’s account of John the Baptist. First is his confrontation with the priests and Levites. Second is his testimony regarding the baptism of Jesus. Third John the Baptist introduces some of his disciples to Jesus and they follow Him.
