Last week we talked about a couple of time line questions and explored how the various accounts of Jesus calling his disciple in the different gospels fit together. We then explored the purpose of disciples, why Jesus called disciples to be a part of His ministry, and what discipleship continues to mean for us today. Now we are going to get back to the story of how Nathanael gets called and what the exchange he has with Jesus means.
