Hebrews 1:1-4 - Part 2 (Hebrews 1:1-4)

Tim Douglass, July 31, 2016
Part of the Letter to the Hebrews series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

Throughout human history God has spoken to people. He has sent messages to individuals and has sent messages through individuals to families, clans, and even nations. He has used dreams and signs and at least once a donkey to carry His message.Up until Jesus, however, these were all sort of second-hand communication. The thing is that while the means of conveying the message changed around a lot the message itself was a consistent progressive revelation that pointed toward Jesus and when He came He brought a first-person and personal message to all who would believe. We are going to take a look at how God conveyed His message and how that changed when Jesus arrived.
