Update – August 13, 2021

Welcome to Monitor Bible Church in 2021! Due to rising Covid-19 case counts there have been some changes in the state requirements. The state is now requiring masks for all indoor gatherings. Our desire is that we all think about how we can best show love for one another and protect the body of Christ. In addition to our 11:00 Sunday morning worship service Sunday School classes meet each week at 9:45 and our CDI classes are meeting on Thursday evenings at 6:30. You can find the audio recording of the message under the “Sermons” link above. Recordings are normally posted on Sunday afternoon.

We are glad you are checking us out and would like you to know a bit more about us.

Monitor Bible Church is a small, rural church that is affiliated with Village Missions. Our beliefs are Bible based and essentially conservative. We believe in the Word of God, the divinity of Jesus Christ, salvation by grace through faith in Jesus, His literal death, burial, and resurrection, and His ultimate return. You can find out more about what we believe in our Statement of Faith under the “About MBC” link above.

Our Sunday schedule normally consists of Sunday School at 9:45 AM and Worship Service at 11:00 AM

2021 Scripture Memory Project

For the second half of the year we are going to be working on memorizing all of Isaiah 53. Each month we will be adding 2 verses until we have the whole thing down.

7He was oppressed and He was afflicted,
Yet He opened not His mouth;
He was led as a lamb to the slaughter,
And as a sheep before its shearers is silent,
So He opened not His mouth.
8He was taken from prison and from judgment,
And who will declare His generation?
For He was cut off from the land of the living;
For the transgressions of My people He was stricken.

—  Isaiah 53:7–8(NKJV)
