Fourth Sunday of Advent - King (John 18:28-38)

Tim Douglass, December 18, 2022
Part of the Advent 2022 series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

On this, the Fourth Sunday in Advent, we are going to examine a role that Jesus has in His earthly ministry that wasn’t really apparent during the time He spent on Earth, but which will fully appear when He returns. Jesus is a king. He is a ruler over an earthly domain, but the nature of that domain at the time of His incarnation and at the present time in history is a bit of an interesting discussion. What does Jesus’ kingdom look like and how is He a king?
