Hebrews 5:12-6:3 - Part 3 (Hebrews 5:12-6:3)

Tim Douglass, April 30, 2017
Part of the Letter to the Hebrews series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

To continue with the theme we left off on before Easter, we are going to look at the last two of the elementary principles listed. These last two – resurrection of the dead and eternal judgement – have a much stronger New Testament sense to them. As basic, foundational principles of our faith these are obviously essential. If there is no resurrection we live without hope, and if there is no eternal judgement then Christ’s death is pointless. Even considering the Jewish, Old Testament, perspective these are central doctrines and would (or at least should) be well understood.
