Update – February 28, 2021

Welcome to Monitor Bible Church in 2021! The Sunday message from February 28th is from 1 Corinthians 9:1-14. You can find the audio recording of the message under the “Sermons” link above. .

We’ve been out of touch a bit here thanks to Pastor Tim having Covid-19 followed by a severe ice-storm across the area that left the church (and many thousands of people around the area) without power for 2 Sundays. We are finally back up and praising the Lord!

We are glad you are checking us out and would like you to know a bit more about us.

Monitor Bible Church is a small, rural church that is affiliated with Village Missions. Our beliefs are Bible based and essentially conservative. We believe in the Word of God, the divinity of Jesus Christ, salvation by grace through faith in Jesus, His literal death, burial, and resurrection, and His ultimate return. You can find out more about what we believe in our Statement of Faith under the “About MBC” link above.

Our Sunday schedule normally consists of Sunday School at 9:45 AM and Worship Service at 11:00 AM, but during the current Covid-19 restrictions we have modified things a bit.

We are continuing to meet together at the church for worship but with no Sunday School. In accordance with the state face-mask requirements we are asking that everyone please wear a mask and we are trying to maintain proper distancing. It is our goal to do what we can to take care of one another and protect each other’s health.

Memory Verse Review

4Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!
5Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.
6Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

—  Philippians 4:4–7(NKJV)
