Hebrews 10:19-25 - Part 1 (Hebrews 10:19-25)

Tim Douglass, August 20, 2017
Part of the Letter to the Hebrews series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

The relationship that we have with God that allows us into His presence is basically the central point of the last section. The nature of our High Priest is such that we are able to enter into the very presence of God. We don’t get that privilege through our efforts or righteousness, but through the sacrificial blood of Jesus. The thing is that we come to the entrance of the Holiest place and then have to have the boldness to enter it on the strength of Christ’s merits and in faith that His work is sufficient for us. When we come in with the confidence of faith in Christ we have no reason to turn back or fall away.
