Galatians 3:1-9 (Galatians 3:1-9)

Tim Douglass, October 7, 2018
Part of the Galatians series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

Who has not done something foolish in their life? We all make mistakes and fall prey to wrong ideas or false teachings. Paul calls the Galatians churches sharply to account over their mistake, but he also goes into great detail to make sure that they fully understand what that mistake is. The central question for the Galatians churches is the source of their salvation – faith in Christ of the works of the law. They have to understand the answer to that in order to be able to deal with the false teaching they are confronted with.
