1 Corinthians 11:17-34 (1 Corinthians 11:17-34)

Tim Douglass, May 16, 2021
Part of the 1 Corinthians series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

The Lord’s Supper is something that Christians have been observing from the very first days of the church. Over the centuries it has taken on different aspects, but the intention of the ritual remains the same – that we remember and recognize the death of Jesus for our forgiveness. Unfortunately, humans being what they are, that reason has often gotten lost. Paul addresses how that type of problem needed to be dealt with in Corinth.
