Last week we talked about Paul’s concern for how the Corinthians might be led astray from the truth of the Gospel by those who would present a different Jesus. There are many human philosophies that get mixed in with the Gospel to create a version that appeals to our sinful nature, but denies us the power of Christ in our lives. Paul is seeking to bring them to Christ pure and holy, but worries about their proclivity for going astray.
