Paul’s argument with the Corinthian church continues as he expresses his concern that they might be misled by false apostles. Once again he will boast a bit about himself and again he is using some rather sarcastic language to make his point, but he is deeply concerned for their spiritual condition and doesn’t want them to fall into any sin.
