Third Sunday of Advent - The Pasture (Luke 2:1-20)

Tim Douglass, December 17, 2023
Part of the Advent 2023 series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

On the first Sunday of Advent we talked about the People. All the people around the world and throughout history who are all in need of a savior who was provided by God in Jesus Christ. For the second Sunday of Advent, last week, we looked at the Parents. Zacharias and Elizabeth, Mary and Joseph, whom God called to serve Him in a very special way. Their faith and faithfulness is an example we should all seek to follow. Today, on the third Sunday of Advent, we are going to consider the Pasture, or to be more accurate, the workers in that pasture.
